I love to paint beings wearing costumes.

When I decided to put my primary focus on just that, everything fell into place.

It all started while I was growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, filling sketchbooks with crude little fashion drawings … people with no heads or arms, for some reason. And when it came time to decide on a career path, I realized that my enjoyment of drawing this subject matter, combined with my passion for film and TV, seamlessly (no pun intended) led me into the world of costume design. Using of my education in fashion design from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, plus my time spent at Gnomon School of visual effects, learning the fundamentals of concept art and digital rendering, I am able to bring my knowledge of clothing construction and compelling imagery to every project.

My favorite part about being a costume concept artist is that I get to bring to life the brilliant designs of some of the most legendary costume designers in the business, including, but not limited to, Ngila Dickson, Ann Foley, Marlene Stewart, and Jenny Eagan. Additionally, I’ve worked as a concept artist for Marvel Studios Visual development, with the likes of Rodney Fuentebella and Jackson Sze, on projects such as Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, and She Hulk.

I look forward to continuing to offer my skills and experience to the most exciting projects I can get my hands on. Cheers!
